In this section, you will find all the legal information regarding access to and use of the e-commerce site www.alessandragallo.it (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). Accessing and using this Site, as well as purchasing products from the Seller, implies reading, understanding, and accepting the following General Sales Conditions.

General Sales Conditions

Scope and Acceptance

These General Sales Conditions govern all sales contracts concluded between the Seller and the Customer through the Site.

Each purchase is governed by the General Sales Conditions in force at the time of the Customer's order. The Customer is required to review and accept these General Sales Conditions, particularly the pre-contractual information, before confirming the order.

The Site is dedicated to sales to Consumers. In the case of sales to entities that do not qualify as Consumers, these Sales Conditions will apply with the following exceptions:

a) The Buyer will not have the right of withdrawal from the purchase as indicated in Article 9 of these Conditions.
b) The Buyer will not benefit from the guarantees on products as specified in Article 7 of these Conditions.
c) The Buyer will not benefit from all legal protections reserved for Consumers.

When sending an order, the Customer agrees to receive confirmation of the order details and the Sales Conditions via email at the address provided during registration or the purchase process.

Any costs for internet connection, including phone costs, are the responsibility of the Customer according to the rates applied by their operator.

Before concluding the purchase contract, the Customer is informed about:

  • Total price of the goods, including taxes and details about shipping costs.
  • Payment methods.
  • Period within which the Seller commits to deliver the goods.
  • Terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
  • Existence of the legal warranty for the purchased goods.
  • Conditions for after-sales service and commercial guarantees provided by the Seller.

Product Features and Availability

Products are sold with the features described on the Site and according to the terms and conditions of sale in force at the time of the Customer's order. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Site and will apply only to sales concluded subsequently.

Prices, product availability, and descriptions may change without notice. Before submitting the order, Customers should verify the final selling price.

The Site is accessible worldwide and may contain references to products that are not available or not purchasable in the visitor's country. Products purchased on the Site are available only for users requesting delivery to one of the countries listed on the site.

Conclusion of the Contract

The offers on www.alessandragallo.it are not binding for the Seller and do not constitute an offer to the public, but merely an "invitatio ad offerendum." The Customer's order is considered a binding contract. The Seller accepts the order by sending a receipt via email, containing a summary of the sales conditions, product descriptions, and essential elements of the contract (price, payment method). The contract is concluded and becomes binding when the Customer receives the order receipt.

The order and the order receipt are considered received when the parties can access the electronic messages. If the Customer does not receive an email within 2 working days from receiving the order confirmation or any other communication, the Customer is required to contact the Seller at customer@alessandragallo.it.

Purchase of Products

The products displayed on the Site can be purchased by selecting them and adding them to the cart. Once the desired products are selected, the Customer will be invited to provide the necessary information to complete the contract, including:

  • Personal data: email address, delivery address, billing address, tax code, and a contact phone number.

If the Customer chooses to pay by credit card, they must provide the card details via a secure connection. The Seller reserves the right to verify the information provided by the Customer for accounting and administrative purposes. In the case of payment by credit card, the purchase amount will be charged to the Customer at the end of the order on the Site. The Customer can pay for the ordered products through one of the payment methods indicated on the Site.

Payment Terms

Payment for products purchased through the Site must be made within 72 hours from the date of confirmation of the order by the Seller. The Customer expressly agrees that the performance of the Contract by the Seller begins from the date when payment is received in the Seller's bank account.

The Seller accepts payments via credit card and PayPal. In the case of payment via PayPal, the Customer must send a copy of the transfer order indicating the transfer number to info@alessandragallo.it.

The prices indicated on the Site are in Euros and include VAT. Customers purchasing from a non-EU country will be charged for the purchased items (VAT excluded), in addition to any taxes and shipping costs. Orders shipped outside the European Community are processed as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which is beyond our control.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
  • PayPal: Customers can pay using a verified PayPal account. The Seller accepts payments from verified accounts and reserves the right to ship goods to the verified address associated with the PayPal account. Payments from verified PayPal accounts cannot be canceled.
  • Satispay: Customers can pay using a verified Satispay account. The Seller accepts payments from verified accounts and reserves the right to ship goods to the verified address associated with the Satispay account. Payments from verified Satispay accounts cannot be canceled.

Product Warranty

Under European Directive 44/99/EC and Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Seller guarantees the Customer, who qualifies as a "Consumer," that the products will be free from design and material defects and compliant with the descriptions published on the Site. This warranty does not apply if the use or cleaning of the product does not comply with the instructions or warnings provided by the Seller and/or those on the product's tags or labels.

The Customer is required to inspect the products within 3 days and to send the Seller an explicit complaint by email indicating any defects and/or non-compliance encountered, along with the relevant documentation (at least one photograph of the product, order confirmation, and receipt).

After receiving the complaint and the attached documentation, the Seller will assess the reported defects or non-compliance and may authorize the return of the product at their discretion, contacting the Customer via email. Authorization for the return of products does not imply in any way the acknowledgment of defects or non-compliance, the existence of which will be confirmed only after the return.

Products for which the Seller has authorized a refund must be sent by the Customer, together with a copy of the return authorizations, within 15 days of communication of the defect or non-compliance, to the following address: Alessandra Gallo S.r.l., Via Fortunato Costa 59, 16038 Santa Margherita Ligure (GE), Italy.
